Most men who carry real responsibility have no structure around their own lives. They run a company with a plan, a budget, and a review cycle, then run themselves on willpower.
Faith, health, marriage, and leadership drift because nothing holds them in place. Iron Path exists to build that structure, and to put serious men around each other while they hold it.
Who built it.
Iron Path was founded by Dan Headlee for the kind of men he wanted around him: men who lead, who keep their word, and who expect to be corrected when they do not.
It is built and run by operators, not content creators. Nothing here is designed to keep you scrolling.
What membership demands.
Membership is not passive. Members set and report their execution every day. They show up for their mentor and for the men beside them.
They take correction without argument and give it without cruelty. A member who stops doing the work is told so. A member who will not resume it is asked to leave.
The standard is the point. Holding it is the price of admission.
