Accountability model
- Cohorts of 6-8 men stay together for the full arc.
- Weekly confession, accountability, and Saturday fieldwork are non-negotiable.
- No anonymous participation—presence and follow-through are required.
Mentorship
- Each cohort has a primary mentor and rotating guest mentors.
- Mentors provide blunt feedback, prayer covering, and service alongside students.
- Feedback loops shape the next assignment, not just the next conversation.
